Book Your Trip
Booking your trip is very simple with Sahara Soul Travel!
Step 1: Reserve your trip. Early reservations are highly recommended. To reserve your trip, complete our Booking Form and make a $500 deposit (per person), via check or credit card. To do this, you can:
• Call us at 1-646-643-1420, or
• Email us at info@saharasoultravel.com, or
• Print, fill out, and mail back to us the Booking Form.
If you decide to reserve your place with us by phone or email, your reservation will be held for 1 week, to give you time to fill out and send back our Booking Form, which is required for all of our clients. If you have any problem downloading or viewing the form, please call or email and we will be happy to mail you a copy.
To send your completed Booking Form:
• Email the completed form to info@saharasoultravel.com, or
• Mail to: Sahara Soul Travel, 65 West 87th Street, Suite 3, New York, NY 10024, USA.
Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter, detailed trip itinerary, and general information needed to prepare for your trip.
Step 2: Complete payment balance. We require the following payment schedule for all our trips:
• At time of reservation: $500
• 60 days prior to departure: Balance
Any trip reserved 60 days or less prior to departure date requires payment in full upon reserving. If the balance is not received prior to 60 days before departure, Sahara Soul Travel may treat the trip as cancelled. All payments submitted less than 15 days prior departure must be by credit card or cashier‘s check.
